Last Updated: October 21, 2026
1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to A.C.C.E.S.S. Freedom!
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of websites, landing pages, registration funnels, digital content, workshops, training programs, coaching services, communities, and other products or services provided by ACCESS FREEDOM BUSINESS CONSULTING, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
Our brands, programs, and offerings may include A.C.C.E.S.S. Freedom, A.C.C.E.S.S. Freedom Marketing, A.C.C.E.S.S. Freedom Roadmap™, Magnetic Workshops™, Craft Your Magnetic Workshop™, and other related initiatives.
By accessing our websites, registering for an event, purchasing a product or service, or otherwise using our offerings, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not purchase or use our products or services.
Certain programs may have additional terms disclosed on their sales pages, checkout pages, order forms, or separate agreements. Those program-specific terms will govern if they conflict with these general Terms.
2. Eligibility
Our products and services are intended primarily for adults pursuing business, professional, or entrepreneurial development.
To purchase our products or participate in paid programs, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater, and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
You agree to provide accurate registration, contact, and payment information.
If you purchase on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
3. Educational and Informational Purposes
Our content, workshops, training programs, coaching, templates, frameworks, and other resources are provided for educational and informational purposes.
We aim to help entrepreneurs develop business strategies, improve marketing practices, create valuable offers, attract suitable prospects, and build more sustainable businesses.
However, our services do not constitute individualized legal, tax, accounting, investment, or other regulated professional advice.
You are responsible for evaluating the suitability of our recommendations for your circumstances and consulting qualified professionals when appropriate.
4. No Guarantees of Business Results or Earnings
We believe that thoughtful strategies, consistent implementation, and ongoing improvement can contribute to business growth.
However, we do not guarantee any particular business result, revenue level, profit, number of leads, clients, sales, or return on investment.
Results depend on many factors, including your experience, skills, market, offer, audience, execution, resources, timing, and circumstances beyond our control.
Examples, case studies, testimonials, and illustrations are provided to explain concepts or describe individual experiences. They should not be interpreted as promises that you will achieve identical or similar outcomes.
Any business decisions you make based on our training or services remain your responsibility.
5. Products, Programs, and Services
We may offer free or paid resources, including:
Digital downloads, guides, templates, and educational materials
Live and recorded webinars, workshops, and virtual events
Group training, coaching, and implementation programs
Individual coaching, consulting, and review sessions
Online communities and membership experiences
Software-related resources, recommendations, or services
The specific features, deliverables, access periods, prices, and conditions of each offering will be described on the relevant sales page, checkout page, or written agreement.
We reserve the right to develop, modify, discontinue, or replace offerings. Changes will not retroactively remove material benefits already purchased without an appropriate remedy consistent with applicable law.
6. Orders, Payments, and Pricing
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
By completing a purchase, you authorize us and our payment-processing providers to charge your selected payment method for the amount clearly disclosed at checkout, including applicable taxes or fees.
Payments may be processed through providers such as Stripe, PayPal, or other supported payment services.
You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize the processing of your transaction.
A purchase is not complete until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been accepted.
We may correct pricing errors, refuse fraudulent transactions, or cancel orders when reasonably necessary. If we cancel a paid order before delivering the purchased product or service, we will refund the affected payment.
Unless explicitly stated at checkout, a one-time purchase does not create a recurring subscription.
Any future subscription, installment plan, or recurring billing arrangement will require its own clearly disclosed terms and authorization.
7. Craft Your Magnetic Workshop™ — Registration and Access
Craft Your Magnetic Workshop™ ("CYMW") is a live, three-day virtual training experience designed to help participants plan and develop a workshop that can support their business objectives.
The workshop is delivered online, generally through Zoom or a comparable virtual meeting platform.
General Admission
Unless a specific promotion or checkout page states otherwise, General Admission includes:
Admission to the three live workshop sessions
Access to the workshop's designated participant materials and Action Guides
Access to session recordings for 48 hours after each respective session, subject to the access instructions provided
VIP Upgrade
Where offered, the optional VIP upgrade may include:
A private VIP Workshop Blueprint Review™ session of up to 30 minutes
An extended recording-access period of six months
Priority consideration for live hot seats or participant reviews, when offered
VIP hot-seat participation is not guaranteed.
The VIP Blueprint Review is intended to provide feedback on the participant's workshop plan or Blueprint. It is not a general business consulting engagement or an unrestricted coaching package.
Participants must submit their completed Blueprint within 48 hours after the third workshop session to qualify for the review under the standard VIP schedule. We will provide reasonable instructions for submission and appointment scheduling.
The review appointment must be booked from the available appointment options communicated to eligible VIP participants. Participants are responsible for attending their scheduled appointment or providing reasonable advance notice if rescheduling is needed.
The specific benefits and price displayed at checkout at the time of purchase govern that registration.
No Automatic Enrollment in Other Programs
Purchasing CYMW does not automatically enroll you in any coaching accelerator, membership, subscription, or other paid offering.
We may introduce optional programs during or after the workshop, but any additional purchase requires a separate decision and authorization.
8. CYMW 100% Money-Back Guarantee
We want participants to feel comfortable evaluating the training experience.
For CYMW purchases covered by our advertised 100% Money-Back Guarantee, the following conditions apply:
Eligibility: To qualify for a refund, you must attend all three workshop sessions, either live or by watching the available session recordings.
Refund deadline: Your refund request must be submitted within 48 hours after the conclusion of Day 3of the workshop.
How to request a refund: Submit a support ticket at https://support.accessfreedommarketing.com with your name, purchase email address, and a clear request for a CYMW refund.
Refund amount: If your request meets the conditions above, we will refund the amount you paid for CYMW General Admission and, if purchased, the VIP upgrade.
Action Guides: You may keep the Action Guides you received, even if you request a qualifying refund.
VIP review timing: VIP Blueprint Review appointments are generally scheduled after the refund-request deadline. Receiving a refund ends your entitlement to any unprovided VIP services.
Our delivery commitment: If we are unable to deliver a purchased VIP Blueprint Review and cannot arrange a reasonable alternative, we will refund the VIP upgrade fee, even if the standard CYMW refund deadline has passed.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible. The time required for the funds to appear depends on the payment provider and financial institution.
This guarantee does not limit any additional refund or cancellation rights provided by applicable law.
9. Other Refund and Cancellation Policies
Products and services other than CYMW may have different refund, cancellation, and rescheduling policies.
Those policies will be disclosed on the applicable sales page, checkout page, or separate agreement.
Unless a specific offering provides a money-back guarantee or applicable law requires otherwise, purchases of digital content, completed services, and event registrations may be nonrefundable once delivery or access has begun, where legally permitted.
If we cancel an event or cannot provide a purchased service, we will offer an appropriate replacement, rescheduling option, or refund consistent with the circumstances and applicable law.
We encourage you to contact us directly about any purchase concern so we can work toward a fair resolution.
10. Event Scheduling, Changes, and Technical Issues
We make reasonable efforts to deliver workshops and events on the dates and times advertised.
Occasionally, scheduling changes may be necessary because of illness, emergencies, technical failures, platform outages, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If a material change occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants using the contact information provided.
When an event cannot be delivered substantially as purchased, we will provide an appropriate rescheduling option, comparable alternative, or refund.
Participants are responsible for maintaining a suitable internet connection, compatible device, and access to required third-party platforms.
We are not responsible for technical problems caused solely by a participant's equipment or internet connection, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist when practical.
11. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use
Our websites, training materials, videos, slides, workbooks, templates, frameworks, graphics, written content, program names, and other original materials may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Unless otherwise stated, these materials belong to ACCESS FREEDOM BUSINESS CONSULTING, LLC or are used with permission from their respective owners.
When you purchase or receive access to our educational materials, we grant you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use them for your own learning and business development.
You may apply the ideas, principles, strategies, and methods you learn to your own business.
However, unless we expressly authorize it, you may not:
Sell, sublicense, or redistribute our original training materials
Share paid recordings, downloads, or access links with unauthorized individuals
Reproduce substantial portions of our slides, guides, templates, or curricula for resale or competing training programs
Remove copyright notices or misrepresent our original materials as your own
Use our names, logos, or branding in a manner that falsely implies endorsement or affiliation
Your Own Work Remains Yours
Workshop plans, offers, business concepts, original copy, and other materials you independently create through our training remain yours, subject to any third-party rights.
Our ownership of training materials does not mean that we own the businesses, offers, or original work created by participants.
If a specific product includes templates intended for customization and use with your clients, the license accompanying that product will define the permitted uses.
12. Live Event Recordings and Participant Privacy
Our virtual workshops and training sessions may be recorded to provide replays, support participants, improve our training, and maintain program records.
We will provide notice that a session is being recorded.
Depending on the event settings and your participation, recordings may capture your name, voice, image, chat contributions, questions, or other information you voluntarily share.
You may be able to reduce your appearance in recordings by keeping your camera off, using available chat options, or contacting us about privacy concerns.
We ask participants to respect the privacy of others and avoid sharing sensitive or confidential information during group sessions.
We will not treat participation in a workshop as blanket permission to use your identifiable image, voice, or personal story in public advertising. We will seek appropriate additional permission before using identifiable participant content for promotional purposes, unless another lawful basis clearly applies.
Participants may not record, distribute, or publicly post workshop sessions or screenshots identifying other participants without appropriate permission.
Additional details about personal information and recordings are provided in our Privacy & Cookies Policy.
13. Testimonials, Reviews, and Participant Contributions
We welcome voluntary feedback, testimonials, reviews, questions, and suggestions.
Providing feedback does not automatically transfer ownership of your personal story or grant unlimited advertising rights.
If we wish to use an identifiable testimonial, photograph, video, or participant success story in our marketing, we will seek appropriate authorization and comply with applicable advertising and endorsement requirements.
We may use non-identifying feedback and suggestions to improve our services.
You agree that any content you submit does not infringe the rights of others and that you have the necessary permission to share it.
14. Community and Participant Conduct
We aim to maintain a respectful, constructive learning environment.
When participating in our workshops, group sessions, online communities, or other interactive experiences, you agree not to:
Harass, threaten, discriminate against, or abuse others
Disclose another participant's private or confidential information without permission
Engage in unauthorized solicitation, spam, or deceptive promotion
Disrupt sessions or interfere with other participants' learning
Share unlawful, infringing, or intentionally misleading content
Attempt to access another participant's account or restricted materials
We may moderate discussions, remove inappropriate content, or restrict participation when reasonably necessary to protect participants and the integrity of the experience.
For serious or repeated violations, we may suspend or terminate access. Any refund determination will take into account the circumstances, our published policies, and applicable law.
Individual communities may also have additional published rules.
15. Third-Party Platforms, Software, and Resources
Our offerings may rely on third-party services such as Zoom, GoHighLevel, payment processors, email providers, social media platforms, and other software or technology services.
These third parties may have their own terms, privacy practices, and technical requirements.
We may also recommend tools, platforms, or resources that we believe could be useful to participants.
We do not guarantee the availability, suitability, accuracy, security, or performance of third-party products or services that we do not control.
You are responsible for reviewing the applicable terms before purchasing or using third-party services.
Affiliate Relationships
We may receive referral fees, affiliate commissions, or other compensation when you purchase certain third-party products or services through our recommendations.
Where required, we will disclose material relationships in connection with those recommendations.
Such compensation does not increase your obligation to purchase, and you are free to select tools or providers that best fit your needs.
16. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Tools
We may use or recommend artificial intelligence tools for educational content, brainstorming, marketing, writing, design, analysis, or business workflows.
AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or material that requires additional review.
You are responsible for verifying the accuracy, suitability, legality, and originality of AI-assisted work before relying on it or publishing it.
We do not guarantee that AI-generated outputs are error-free, legally protectable, or free of third-party intellectual property concerns.
Do not enter sensitive personal, confidential client, or proprietary information into third-party AI tools without understanding their privacy and data-handling practices and obtaining any necessary permissions.
17. Email, SMS, and Service Communications
By registering for or purchasing an offering, you agree that we may send you necessary transactional and service-related communications, including receipts, access instructions, event reminders, scheduling notices, and important program updates.
Marketing emails and text messages are governed by applicable consent and unsubscribe requirements.
Where required, we will obtain separate consent before sending promotional SMS messages.
Agreeing to these Terms does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive marketing text messages.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the instructions in those messages and opt out of eligible SMS communications using the instructions provided.
For more information, please review our Privacy & Cookies Policy.
18. Privacy and Data Protection
We respect the privacy of visitors, customers, and participants.
Our Privacy & Cookies Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal information, including information associated with purchases, workshops, marketing communications, and website technologies.
Please review that policy before providing personal information.
If you access our offerings from outside the United States, additional legal rights and protections may apply under the laws of your jurisdiction.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
19. Website Use and Security
You agree to use our websites and services lawfully and responsibly.
You may not attempt to:
Gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or restricted content
Introduce malware, harmful code, or other security threats
Scrape, copy, or systematically extract protected content without authorization
Interfere with website functionality or other users' access
Impersonate another person or submit fraudulent information
Use our services to violate the rights of third parties
We may take reasonable steps to protect our websites, systems, intellectual property, and participants.
20. Disclaimer of Warranties
We strive to provide accurate information, useful resources, and reliable services.
However, except for warranties or commitments expressly stated in writing, our websites and educational materials are provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.
We do not warrant that every website feature, resource, or third-party integration will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every individual or business.
This section does not override our express refund guarantees, specific delivery commitments, or any warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ACCESS FREEDOM BUSINESS CONSULTING, LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, or lost data, arising from the use of our websites, products, or services.
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from a particular purchased product or service will not exceed the amount you paid us for that product or service.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or other non-excludable obligations.
Nothing in this section reduces any refund expressly promised under our applicable guarantee.
22. Responsibility for Your Conduct
You agree to be responsible for your own conduct and for information or materials you submit through our services.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its representatives from third-party claims, reasonable costs, and damages directly arising from your unlawful conduct, infringement of third-party rights, or material breach of these Terms.
This provision does not require you to indemnify us for our own negligence, misconduct, or violations of law.
23. Dispute Resolution
If a disagreement arises, we encourage you to contact us first at [email protected] so we can attempt to resolve the issue fairly and promptly.
The parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve disputes informally before pursuing formal legal proceedings, where doing so does not interfere with applicable statutory deadlines or legal rights.
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising rights available under consumer protection laws, contacting a regulatory authority, or pursuing remedies that cannot lawfully be restricted.
24. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory laws of another jurisdiction apply.
Any legal proceedings will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction, subject to applicable laws concerning venue, jurisdiction, and consumer rights.
25. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our offerings, business practices, or legal requirements.
When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Material changes affecting existing paid purchases will not retroactively reduce the benefits or refund rights promised at the time of purchase without an appropriate legal basis or remedy.
Your continued use of our websites or services after revised Terms become effective may constitute acceptance of those changes to the extent permitted by law.
26. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms, together with applicable product-specific disclosures, checkout terms, and any separately executed agreements, constitute the agreement governing the relevant products and services.
Nothing in these Terms overrides rights or protections that applicable law does not allow parties to waive.
